Terry Lynne Bascom of Wilsonville, Oregon passed away peacefully on September 7, 2024 with her daughter holding her hand. Terry was born in Roswell, New Mexico on September 16, 1955 to Keith and Etta Foley. She raised her daughter in Hobbs, New Mexico and Blairstown, New Jersey. Terry received a BA from Montana State University and an MBA from Texas Tech University. She retired from the food and beverage industry after over forty years, with most of those years in management.

To quote Terry, she "lived for her daughter and grandchildren". After retirement, Terry could regularly be seen picking her grandchildren up from day care or school, coordinating and taking them to their various sports and activities. She rarely missed a game, performance or event. Terry loved to read and was a self-taught master seamstress and cook. She could do anything she put her mind to and lived her life by the motto "where there's a will, there's a way". Terry was widely known as friendly, selfless, and hard-working. She was always willing to lend a hand.

Terry is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Joshua Dalglish and their children, Jaisie and Tulson (Tully) Dalglish of Wilsonville, Oregon. A funeral service will be held Monday, September 16, 2024 at Wilsonville Funeral Home.
