Jeffery was born in Tualatin, the son of Angie Klupenger and the first grandchild of Ray and Candy Klupenger. He was a lifelong member of St. Cyril's church and graduated from LaSalle Catholic College Prep and Oregon State University (Go Beavs!).

Jeff was an IT Consultant for Genesis Financial Group.

Jeff was so proud to be his son Michael's father and cherished time spent with him. He also enjoyed spending time wakeboarding, snowboarding, skateboarding, fishing, camping, and playing chess. Jeff recently married the love of his life, Cortnie, and spent his last two months in marital bliss. He passed away in his sleep from an undiagnosed enlarged heart. He was taken far too young, and his family will always cherish the time they shared with him.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Cortnie; his son, Michael; his mother, Angie (Aaron); his sisters, Nicole and Bethany; his grandparents, Ray and Candy; his in-laws, Dwight and Juli West; his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at St. Cyril Church in Wilsonville, followed by a reception at The Nursery in Aurora.
