Florene Kae Fogg, born on January 10, 1946, in Burbank, California, to Bill and Barbara Onechyk, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2024, surrounded by her loving family in Portland, Oregon.
Kae grew up in Van Nuys, California, alongside her parents and sister, Donna. Much of her childhood was spent in the loving care of her grandmother, Ree Ree, who had a profound influence on her life. On December 20, 1963, Kae married Phil Fogg, and together they moved to Portland, where they raised three wonderful sons: Phil Jr. (and wife Angie), Steve (and wife Lisa), and Rick (and wife Shelly).
Kae was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, cherished by her ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Family gatherings were a highlight of her life, where she created lasting memories filled with love, laughter, and joy. She also enjoyed traveling and was an avid fan of the Portland Trail Blazers, passionately supporting her team through thick and thin.
A celebration of Kae's life will take place on November 17, 2024, at 2:00PM at the Oregon Golf Club. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in her memory.
Kae's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved her, and she will be deeply missed.
