Our beloved husband, father, brother, and best friend, Bill James, died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 29th, 2022. He passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends.

Bill was born February 23, 1953. He graduated from Thurston High School in Springfield in 1971. He met the love of his life, Pam, in band class at Lane Community College and they would have celebrated 48 years together in August.

Bill graduated from the University of Oregon in 1978 and began a successful career in sales. He will be remembered for his kindness and generosity, and devotion to family.
He was always up for a road trip, spent 25 years working on the blue Comet, and loved his Ducks almost as much as his family.

He is survived by his wife Pam, children Devin & Allison and their spouses Allison & Remon, grandson Harrison, and sister Carol (Terry), and Luna the cat.

Memorial services will be held June 9th at 2pm at the Cornwell Wilsonville Funeral Chapel, 29222 SW Town Center Loop E, Wilsonville, OR 97070. After the services there will be a celebration of Bill's life at their home.
